What delivery experience will I get?
If the delivery address is in Île-de-France, you will have the option to choose the "White Glove" delivery option.
Your order will be hand-delivered on the chosen date by our specially trained teams.
For all other delivery locations, your order will be shipped to you by UPS® / Colissimo® / Chronopost® securely in specially designed packaging and will be hand delivered to you.
The method of delivery will be available to choose during the finalization of your order.
