Is there a waiting period before I can request a replacement?

No, coverage starts immediately. You can request a replacement on Day 1 of your membership.

How do I request a replacement?

Log into your Léon & George account and go to the “My Plants” section to initiate your replacement in just a few clicks.

Can I select a different plant for my replacement?

Yes. Plants are grouped by size and price tier, so you can choose a different variety within the same group to better suit your space and preferences.

How many times can I request a replacement?

As many times as needed. Your first replacement will come with the deepest discount and you’ll continue to enjoy savings on any future replacements.

Do I need to return the damaged or dead plant?

No returns are required. We do require a photo of the current state of your plant to confirm the need for replacement.

Are pots or accessories included in the replacement?

No, L&G Plus covers plants only. Pots and accessories are available to purchase separately.

Can businesses or offices use L&G Plus?

Yes, L&G Plus is an easy solution for keeping office and commercial spaces consistently lush and presentable. If you're looking for a more hands-on service, we also offer in-office plant maintenance.

Will I be reminded before my membership renews?

L&G Plus is a monthly membership that renews every 12 months. You’ll have the option to opt out of renewal at the end of your 12-month term and billing will stop accordingly.

How do I cancel my L&G Plus membership?

You can cancel anytime if you haven’t ordered a replacement. Note that when you order your first replacement, you agree to completing a 12-month membership term from the time of purchase. For example: If you request a replacement after 4 months of ownership and then decide to cancel, you’ll still be billed for the remaining 8 months to complete the full year of coverage. Your membership can be cancelled as soon as this 8 months is complete.

Is L&G Plus worth it if I rarely replace my plants?

Even if you do not anticipate the need to replace your plant, L&G Plus provides peace of mind, expert support and other member perks. If you're on the fence, we recommend opting in.


  1. Unlimited plant replacements available with 40–70% savings off retail price. Deductibles apply and are disclosed at time of request. Coverage begins on your subscription date and applies only to original plants purchased from Léon & George and is restricted to replacement deliveries at the original customer’s address.
  2. Replacement options depend on availability and may differ from the original plant. Replacements are matched to the same or lower price range and must be compatible with the existing pot and delivery address.
  3. Priority access to Plant Doctor support is available on business days (Europe/Paris time). Response times and support hours may vary by season and demand. Access fees and internet/data charges may apply.
  4. Cancel anytime if no replacement has been claimed. Each enrolled plant has a 12-month commitment period once a replacement is requested. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
  5. Replacements are processed online — no returns, no complicated forms. Requests require a short description and photos of the plant. Abuse or neglect may result in denial of service.
  6. Starting from just 4€/month. This is the minimum monthly membership fee. The final subscription price depends on the number, size, and type of plants covered. Fees are charged monthly and may adjust after each 12-month coverage period. No hidden fees.
