Living plants need time to adapt to changing conditions. If your plant doesn’t settle in comfortably within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it.

A Perfect Fit: When ordered with a Calix planter, your set comes in two separate packages for easy assembly. Each set is made to order and we ensure the plant you receive fits perfectly with your planter. The Calix is a commercial grade planter that includes a suspended liner and internal tray within which you can simply place your plant, repotting is not recommended. We include extra materials to follow our staging method, developed for optimal airflow, drainage and long-term care.
