The plants are great but the curated experience is better

I LOVE how easy you make it and the plant doctor line for help alone makes it worth it. I've kept my plants alive longer than any plants I've owned in the past at this point

I ordered a medium sized olive tree. It is planted a bit crooked in the pot so it leans to one side. The plant looks healthy and still doesn't show any need to be watered, so I hope it stays healthy. I had ordered an olive tree from another dealer previously and it had insect issues. So far so good.

I Love my plant, but I didn’t receive exactly what I expected

I love my olive tree and the planter!!! They are beautiful and I was very impressed with the packaging! I reached out because the website said I should have recieved a free water meter and I did not. Customer service was quick to respond and told me that you no longer proved them, but would kindly send me one. However, what I received was the meter refills and not the actual meter. So I still need to order the meter. I reached out to the plant doctor through the website several days ago and still have not received a reply. I’m worried that the plant seems brittle and is losing its leaves. I will reach out again by phone.
