The plant is great - the presentation is a bit messy
Our box had clearly been on it's side - maybe even upside down, and there is some dirt that was out of the pot. I like the concept of this service and the plant and pot itself are excellent, but I wish the presentation had been better.

Great plant / rough delivery
The plant and pot are excellent. Though for delivery the driver got into a tiff with my neighbor as he blocked her driveway for a few minutes. When she asked him to move he told her she had to wait for him to deliver the plant.
