Quick, exciting service = happy plant parent!
I received my plant as a pick me up gift from my mom. It was estimated to come later in the week, but arrived much sooner than expected. I was so excited when I opened the plant and it was in perfect condition, especially considering it came all the way across the country.

Healthy, robust plant. Great customer service.
Previous plants I've purchased were delivered via L&G directly, but this time via UPS, which I was a bit worried about. Plants did well in the shipping materials. I had to contact L&G because I could not find an additional product I ordered, but they sent a helpful picture to verify packing and I found them cleverly disguised!
