Phenomenal job. The plants are gorgeous and they came without a flaw. I was concerned about packaging for shipment, but I need not have been. And the information included on what the plants were and how to care them was a great bonus.

I also like the continued support being offered and the information on additional plant’s available.

A little bit difficult to remove from the packaging and not completely upright.

The packaging is very clever, and the plant arrived in good condition. It was nevertheless a little bit more difficult to remove from the packaging than I would have preferred, and the plant also leans a little bit in one direction. I think the latter can and will be corrected and I have taken steps to do so. It is certainly not a major, major problem, but these are the reasons for 4 and not 5 stars. I still think it is a lovely plant and am not disappointed overall.
