Due to the broken pot I received the experience wasn’t as grand as my expectations.
The plant arrived in good shape, but the pot was in many pieces so it had to sit in the plastic until a new pot arrived. Customer service was great at responding, and getting the new pot out. It wasn’t quite as fun to get the plant repotted to the new pot, and a bit of a mess but it looks good now. The experience didn’t meet my expectations, which were set with the IG post of what it should be like unwrapping a new plant from Leon & George. I get the damage was due to the delivery service, but I couldn’t give a 5 star due to the experience not being as grand as I was expecting.

Gifted Ficus Audrey Tree to someone really special, but the wrong pot delivered. Ariana quickly resolved the problem and kindly complimented some goodies to ensure our tree lives to 100 years old! We named her EM and she is a true beauty, pictures do not do justice. Her emerald leaves are so soft to the touch and her elegant light color trunk compliments everything about her.
