Great customer service and very helpful. When I asked for additional dirt, there was no issue it was sent right out. Also, I really like that you can see a Plant Doc for advice on your plants. I was able to schedule and appointment and received a quick response. My plant is doing well now. Thanks for all your help.

Plant did amazing during shipping and is thriving in my house!
I have never ordered a plant online before because I was scared of shipping conditions, but this plant was packed so so well and came to me in great condition. I was so impressed with the packing job!! I love how detailed Leon and George are at giving you care instructions and how willing their team is to help plants that are sick!

Thank you for re-sending quickly after damaged package arrived
I haven’t received the replacement for the plant food care kit yet and moisture meters but am grateful that when I sent you the photos of the still sealed box with obvious damage that you processed the re-sending quickly. I really appreciate that and am looking forward to receiving the package and using the products. :-)
