Exceeded my already high expectations!
I bought this tree as a birthday gift to myself and I could not be happier! Well worth the price for a high quality tree. Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I have had it under a grow light and have seen only a handful of leaves fall in two-three weeks. I highly recommend

Happiness
I live in NY and it's winter time so Unfortunately, the first plant didn't survive the transport, but they sent me a second plant and it looks wonderful! I hope the plant is happy with us because we are very happy.

Does not look pristine for sure. Many leaves brown on the ends.
I will contact the “help” line after the holidays.
